What is "AI Search / GEO optimisation", and does it guarantee that ChatGPT will mention my brand?
GEO means optimising so that AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews) read and correctly understand your business information: structured data, an llms.txt file, and content that answers customers' questions. Nobody can guarantee that AI will always mention a brand — the answer is decided by the model. GEO increases the chance of being understood correctly and cited; if you want to be sure to appear, combine it with ChatGPT Ads / Gemini Ads.
Does the AI chatbot have a monthly fee?
The chatbot uses your own business's API key (we recommend Google Gemini Flash-Lite, which costs very little per chat). There is a free scripted mode if you prefer not to use AI. LDH Tech sets chat limits to keep costs under control.
Can I edit the content myself?
Yes. The website has an admin panel to edit content, services, price list, contact details and chatbot scripts; click Publish and the website updates.
What happens when the maintenance period ends?
The website keeps working as normal. From year 2 you renew the domain + hosting; you can sign up for a periodic maintenance/optimisation plan if you want LDH Tech to keep updating and optimising it.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on the plan and how quickly content is approved: typically 2–3 weeks for Starter, 4–6 weeks for Growth and 6–10 weeks for Premium. The exact schedule is fixed in the contract.
